No. EU design registration would form part of an agreed purchase process, after the character’s eligibility and available rights have been reviewed.
A defined character package for one buyer: agreed images and files, exclusive commercial use within the contract’s scope, and the rights we can lawfully transfer. Before any purchase, a written agreement would set out exactly what is included, where and how you can use it, and when the rights take effect.

A later transfer would depend on your rights, agreement and the required formalities. The UNIQON marketplace is coming soon; trading and resale are not currently available.
A purchase that depends on registration would not complete if that condition fails. A different licence would require your separate agreement. Before any purchase, your written agreement would confirm the registration deadline, all fees and the refund arrangements if the agreed conditions cannot be met. No additional filing or professional work would be charged without your agreement.
