Controller and scope
Skylumina GmbH, Horster Park 43, 4731 Raeren, Belgium, enterprise number 0800.882.676, is the controller for uniqon.io. UNIQON is a brand of Skylumina GmbH. Privacy contact: datenschutz@webwunder.de. General contact: hallo@webwunder.de.
This notice describes the public website, its non-binding B2B enquiry service and optional token project email updates. Version: 17 October 2026. There is no customer account, checkout, online payment collection, token offering or operational trading marketplace.
Information and purposes
We process the name, organisation, business email, country, character of interest and message you submit, together with your business-capacity and privacy acknowledgements, a reference, submission time and notice version. Required fields are needed to assess and respond to your request. Please do not submit payment information, identity documents, sensitive information or unnecessary confidential material.
The server receives network information necessary to deliver pages. Anti-abuse controls use one-time form tokens, submission timing and a keyed pseudonymous IP fingerprint. The raw IP is not stored with the enquiry. We do not use enquiries to train AI models, send newsletters, profile visitors or make solely automated decisions with legal effects.
Legal bases
Responding to an individual business customer’s request for an offer may involve precontractual steps under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For a representative contacting us on behalf of an organisation, Article 6(1)(f) supports our legitimate interest in assessing and discussing the requested business transaction. Security and proportionate abuse prevention also rely on Article 6(1)(f). Processing required by a specific legal obligation relies on Article 6(1)(c).
The checkbox acknowledges this notice. It is not marketing consent or a waiver of rights. You can contact us by email instead of using the form.
Storage, hosting and recipients
The website and encrypted enquiry database run on our Hostinger VPS. Form payloads are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage; the key is kept separately from public application files. Access to the server and decrypted enquiries is restricted to authorised administrators. Hostinger supplies hosting infrastructure and may process the technical data needed to provide and secure that service.
A business mailbox notification contains the enquiry reference, not the submitted name, address or message. Notifications and subsequent email correspondence use our existing Titan-hosted WebWunder business email service. If you email us, the contents are processed by that email service. Fonts and website images are delivered from our website, without embedded third-party players, advertising pixels or analytics services. KIE.ai is used separately to create fictional artwork; enquiry contents are not sent to it.
We disclose information to service providers only for the relevant operational purpose, and to advisers or authorities where necessary and lawful. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, the applicable GDPR transfer requirements must be met, including an adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards where required. Contact datenschutz@webwunder.de for information about applicable safeguards.
Retention
The website enquiry record expires 30 days after submission. Expired records are deleted by a scheduled hourly maintenance job and during form API use. Anti-abuse records and form tokens expire within 30 minutes. Application diagnostics are rotated and do not intentionally log form bodies. No enquiry data is stored in website asset or code releases.
Encrypted database backups are retained for up to seven days. Restored copies are purged before returning to active service. A deleted or expired record may remain in restricted backups until they rotate out.
If an enquiry develops into business correspondence, the correspondence is held only as long as needed for the matter, normally up to six months after closure unless a transaction, legal obligation or justified legal claim requires longer retention. Contractual and accounting records are governed by their applicable statutory retention duties.
Token project updates
You may separately choose to receive occasional email updates about the proposed UNIQON token project. This is optional marketing consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. It is not required to browse the website or enquire about characters. Registering does not reserve or allocate tokens, create an investment commitment or give priority access. No offering is currently available.
We collect your email address, the consent wording and notice version, the time of the request and the time you confirm your email. A confirmation message is sent through our existing Titan-hosted business email service. You must confirm before becoming an active subscriber. Confirmation links expire after 48 hours; unconfirmed records are then deleted. We do not collect wallet addresses, investment amounts or identity documents for updates.
Your email and consent record are encrypted in our private website database. A keyed email fingerprint prevents duplicate subscriptions; random hashed confirmation and withdrawal tokens operate the email links. Abuse protection uses the same short-lived, pseudonymous controls described above. The email provider processes the recipient address and message to deliver confirmation and any requested updates. No subscriber information is sent to an AI provider or used for profiling.
Confirmed subscriptions expire 12 months after confirmation unless you withdraw earlier. You can unsubscribe and delete your active or pending record through the link in your confirmation message and in every update, or contact datenschutz@webwunder.de. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier consent-based processing. Deleted data may remain in restricted encrypted backups until they rotate out within seven days. This consent covers only these project updates, not unrelated marketing or third-party advertising.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where consent is relied on for a separately described activity, you may withdraw it without affecting prior lawful processing. We explain any lawful limitation on a request.
Contact datenschutz@webwunder.de and include your enquiry reference if available. We may request only what is reasonably needed to verify identity and locate the data. We normally respond within one month; any permitted extension will be explained within that period. You do not need a UNIQON account.
Complaints, security and updates
You may complain to a competent supervisory authority, including the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be), or an authority in your habitual residence, workplace or the place of an alleged infringement. Contacting us first is not a prerequisite.
Report suspected security issues to security@webwunder.de without including unnecessary personal data. This notice is updated when processing changes; the notice version provided at submission is recorded with your enquiry.
