What you receive

A defined character package for one buyer: agreed images and files, exclusive commercial use within the contract’s scope, and the rights we can lawfully transfer.

Before any purchase, a written agreement would set out exactly what is included, where and how you can use it, and when the rights take effect.

How registration works

Our intended process includes a review of the character’s origin, earlier publication and available rights. An eligible EU design application would then follow the agreed purchase conditions.

Registration and ownership

The agreement would identify the applicant and intended owner: either a filing in the buyer’s name or a documented transfer with the required register updates. Registration and ownership must be verified before registered rights are described as transferred.

If registration
isn’t possible

A purchase that depends on registration would not complete if that condition fails. A different licence would require your separate agreement.

Fees and refunds

Before any purchase, your written agreement would confirm the registration deadline, all fees and the refund arrangements if the agreed conditions cannot be met. No additional filing or professional work would be charged without your agreement.

Use it. Grow it.
Transfer it.

Build campaigns, stories and new content within the rights you acquire. Additional production and voice licences would be agreed separately.

A later transfer would depend on your rights, agreement and the required formalities. The UNIQON marketplace is coming soon; trading and resale are not currently available.

A few useful answers.

Are the characters already registered?

No. EU design registration would form part of an agreed purchase process, after the character’s eligibility and available rights have been reviewed.

What does EU design registration protect?

The eligible appearance represented in the filing, within the European Union and its legal scope. It does not automatically protect a name, voice or personality worldwide. Initial EUIPO examination does not test novelty or individual character, and a registration can later be challenged.

Can someone else make something similar?

The planned one-buyer commitment would prevent us from selling or commercially licensing the same identified character package to another buyer within the agreed scope. It cannot prevent every independently created similarity or override third-party rights.

Does the first publication date matter?

Yes. Earlier public appearances can affect registration eligibility. The first relevant disclosure and any applicable grace period need individual review before filing. Removing or reposting an image does not restart that period.

Are a voice, animation or trademark included?

Only if expressly listed and licensed in your order. A still image does not include an animation rig, 3D source, voice or trademark rights. New content needs suitable production tools and the necessary rights; compatibility with every AI model is not promised.
